My love for traveling is my fuel. If you speak to people close to me, they will say; his bags are always packed. Having travelled almost half the globe, I now know that there is so much this world has to offer. We just need to be hungry for it. I keep narrating my travel stories and experiences to my son hoping that one day feels as spell bound as I do on my adventures.

I have always been the person who has been self motivated. Being an avid reader, I believe that I now own so much of all my favourite writers. The learning of my life is what I wish to put out, because I have come to realise that, this is the true purpose of life. I was born of adversity and sharing how my adversity became my biggest strength is what I love to speak about.

Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine.

I believe that the journey to finding fulfilment begins with self-knowledge. It is only when we have a sense of who we really are that we can make reliable decisions, particularly around our career and work.

This is where I speak about my passion, my work and what drives me in my life. My work has taken me places but my drive has made those places interesting and experiential for me. For the ones who want to know about my career graph, I have a small timeline to take a quick look at:

2004 : Stepped into entrepreneurship at the age of 24 in the field of education and tutoring in Gujarat

2005: Started second entrepreneurial venture in the field of corporate training and development

2006: Sold both the ventures with high profits and moved back to Gurgaon to help my mother recover from cancer.

2007: Started again. This time focussing on corporate Sales & Franchise Development

2007 to 2011: Soared high in Hughes Communications, Everonn Education and QAI incorporation. This corporate job put me at a pedestal of National Head – Corporate Sales at Hughes Communications.

2011: Couldn’t stay away from entrepreneurship so re -started my journey in educational consulting, retail and imports.

2012 and onwards: Making my businesses reach new heights and also learning to give back to the society in more than many ways.

2018 : Awarded as Golden Star “Best Innovative Career Counsellor” from  the hands of Smt. Kiran Kher ( Hon. Member of Parliament).

Awarded the World Education Conclave Award in 2018 from the hands of Sh. Vinay Pratap Singh (Hon. Deputy Commissioner of Gurgaon).
